Privacy Policy for Using NPH Lava's Services

Welcome to the gaming website exclusively released by NPH Lava (referred to as “The Company,” “Lava,” or “we”). To ensure your rights (referred to as “users,” “gamers,” “players,” or “user”) when providing and using the services (Lava's website and game products released by Lava are referred to as “Services”) of Lava, we are committed to strictly adhering to the laws of Vietnam and respecting the privacy of all players using games exclusively released by Lava.

Introduction

Video games mean: games that use electronic devices to create an interactive system for players.

Services mean: activities involving intangible factors, managing relationships between customers or the assets customers own and the provider without transferring ownership.

Users mean: individuals who download and play games released by Lava.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal data about you:

  • When you register and/or use our Services, Games, or Website, or create an account with us.
  • When you submit any forms, including but not limited to, applications or other forms related to any of our products and services, whether online or otherwise.
  • When you sign any agreements or provide documents or other information related to your interaction with us, or when you use our products and services.
  • When you interact with us, such as through phone calls (which may be recorded), correspondence, faxes, in-person meetings, social media platforms, and emails.
  • When you use our electronic services, or interact with us through our Games or Website or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, cookies that we may deploy when you interact with our Games or Website.
  • When you perform transactions through our Game or Website.
  • When you provide feedback or file complaints with us.
  • When you register for a competition, game, or events related to the game during your gameplay.
  • When you provide your personal data to us for any reason.

The above are some common situations in which we collect your personal data, but do not cover all cases in which we may collect your personal data. 

Use and Security of Player Information

We may collect, use, disclose, and/or process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • To review and/or process your applications/transactions with us or transactions or correspondence with third parties through our Services.
  • To manage, operate, provide, and/or oversee your use of and/or access to our Services, Website, and Games (including but not limited to, your preferences), as well as your relationship and user account with us.
  • To respond to, process, resolve, or complete a transaction and/or fulfill your requests for certain products and services and notify you about service issues and unusual account activities.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service or any applicable end-user license agreements.
  • To protect personal safety and the rights, property, or safety of others.

  • To notify you when another user sends you a private message or posts comments for you in the Games or on the Website.
  • To conduct research, analysis, and development activities (including but not limited to, data analysis, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling), to analyze how you use our Services, to improve our Services or products, and/or to enhance your customer experience.
  • To enable advertising and other surveys and testing activities, among other things, to verify the scale and composition of the gaming audience, and understand their experience with Lava's Services.
  • For marketing purposes, in which case, to send you through various communication methods, information and marketing materials related to products and/or services (including but not limited to, products and/or services of third parties with whom Lava may collaborate or partner) that may be sold, marketed, or promoted, whether such products or services exist now or are developed in the future. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe feature in electronic marketing materials. We may use your contact information to send newsletters from us or from our affiliated companies.
  • To comply with legal procedures or to adhere to or according to applicable laws and requirements of the relevant authorities.
  • To compile statistics and research to meet reporting requirements and/or maintain internal or regulatory records.
  • To carry out due diligence and verification or other screening activities (including but not limited to, background checks) to comply with legal obligations or management or risk control procedures, which may be required by law or may be applied by us.
  • To test our Services or Lava's operations.
  • To prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent, illegal, deficient, or improper conduct, whether related to your use of our Services or any issues arising from your relationship with us.
  • To store, host, backup (whether for disaster recovery or other purposes) your personal data.
  • To process and/or facilitate a business asset transaction or a potential business asset transaction, if that transaction involves Lava as a party or only involves Lava or its affiliated companies as parties or involves Lava and/or one or more of Lava's affiliated companies as parties, and may involve other third parties participating in such transaction. "Business asset transaction" means transactions involving the purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation, or any other acquisition, liquidation, or financing of an organization or any part of an organization or any business or assets of an organization.
  • Any other purpose for which we notify you at the time of obtaining your consent.

The purposes for which we may collect, use, disclose, or process your personal data depend on the circumstances and may not appear above. However, we will notify you of any other purposes at the time of obtaining your consent, unless such processing of data without your consent is permitted under applicable laws on personal data protection or legal regulations.

How Does Lava Protect User Information?

To enhance the safety and security of players' personal information, Lava will implement certain technical or software/application measures in the games. This does not affect players' personal information and ensures maximum security for player accounts.

  • All personal information provided by users and consented for access by Lava will be encrypted, and only a few technical staff of Lava will have access to this user information.
  • Lava encourages players to provide complete information as described in section 2 to assist in account recovery and quick password changes.
  • If players wish to withdraw the information provided to Lava or request to stop processing their information, Lava will cease processing this information immediately upon user notification. In case of wanting to reactivate information access requests, users should contact us again for assistance. Deciding to stop providing personal information may affect issues like hacking or account loss, so users should carefully consider.

Violation and Handling

Users will have their accounts locked and if requested by authorities, Lava will provide information to the relevant units or authorities if users violate the following:

  • Engaging in propaganda, subversive actions, incitement, or violence contrary to the laws and cultural norms of Vietnam.
  • Disclosing state secrets, security, military, or economic secrets of the state and legal matters.
  • Using software, applications, or tools to interfere/hack into Lava's system.
  • Unauthorized use of other users' accounts.
  • Actions that damage Lava's reputation and credibility while participating in games.
  • Accounts engaging in fraudulent transactions/buying and selling with third parties (outside official recharge channels) will be locked.

Amendment of Terms and Policy Effectiveness

  • These terms are valid until replaced by a new document or notification related to the game.
  • Lava reserves the right to amend, supplement, or make minor changes to these terms.
  • Changes to Lava's policies will be adjusted to comply with state and Vietnamese legal requirements.

Facebook Data Deletion Guide

Our application has a Facebook login function and adheres to Facebook's game service rules. We need to provide data deletion instructions. If you wish to delete your activities with our application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy. Click on “Settings.”
  2. Search for “Apps and Websites,” and you will see all applications and websites linked to your Facebook account.
  3. Find the application name you want to delete.
  4. Click the “Remove” button.
  5. Congratulations, you have successfully deleted your app activities.
